Celebrating One Year of Solar Power!

At Wealth Matters, we believe looking after the future isn’t just about helping our clients reach their financial goals - it’s also about protecting the environment for generations to come.

This August marks one year since we installed solar panels at our Luton office, and the results have exceeded our expectations.

Over the past 12 months, our solar panels have reduced our CO2 emissions by an impressive 10,574.2kg.

Here’s what that means:

• Reduced our carbon footprint by 10,574.2kg of CO2

• Generated the environmental equivalent of planting 10,606 trees - around 6½ hectares (16 acres) of woodland, or almost 10 football pitches

• Saved the equivalent of 1,304.5 litres of fossil fuel oil

• Generated clean, renewable electricity on site, reducing our reliance on the National Grid

• Avoided emissions comparable to driving around 39,000 miles in an average petrol car - roughly one and a half times around the Earth’s equator

It’s a milestone we’re proud to celebrate.
