A Summer of Milestones 

July has been a month of big commitments and a few well-earned celebrations here at Wealth Matters.

We were delighted to officially introduce Lee Doyle to the team as a Financial Planner, and you can read more about his background and what drew him to the firm later in this edition. We’ve also put the spotlight on Carmen Bacaoanu, who shares her journey from Paraplanner to Financial Planner.

Julian has been busy too, returning to Aston University to deliver a guest lecture to this year’s MBA students - nearly 35 years on from his own time there. He’s also preparing for his biggest fundraising challenge yet: three days of cycling from Sardinia to Corsica in support of the Jason Robinson Foundation, a cause close to home for our team.

Elsewhere, we’re marking a year since installing solar panels at our Luton office, and the numbers behind what that’s meant for our carbon footprint make for genuinely impressive reading.

Of course, no edition would be complete without an update from the team’s four-legged Chief Morale Officer - Toby has plenty to say about this year’s summer BBQ.
