Personal Details


Born in 1959 I have lived in Milton Keynes since 1980 after leaving Slough where I was born and raised. I have two daughters and one grandson.


Qualifications


Education


2007: CF1 UK Financial Services Regulations and Ethics

2007: Financial Protection

2008: Certificate in Mortgage advice


I am currently studying towards my Financial Planning Certificate.


Previous Experience


Previously worked for a large high street bank. Highly motivated customer focused manager with over 25 years experience in the financial industry.


My experience


I joined the company in May 2006 as the Office Manager. I have worked in financial services for the whole of my working life. The main aim during my career has been to deliver high customer service. I am extremely positive and flexible, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an excellent communicator, used to working in a target orientated and pressurised environment, continually meeting tight deadlines. I have the ability to drive change and motivate my team to deliver excellent customer service.
