Marcos has been a fully qualified Will Writer and Estate Planner since 2003. He is a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and is one of their London-based invigilators.

He is fully qualified to give advice on all types of will. Such wills, include specific wording relevant to inheritance tax planning, long term care protection, as well as with regards to those with disabled children.

Marcos is fully insured up to £2million pounds. He does not use software and all wills are written bespoke to fit each client’s individual needs.

I get great satisfaction from giving my clients peace of mind, knowing that I have set up their affairs as the want. My job is to ensure that as many of their assets as possible go to where they want them to go, and do not go unnecessarily to the government."
